Ok i think i might have a serious problem
First of all id like to say thank you for looking and helping if you do
I havent driven the car much in the past week cause i was afraid it would keep happening. But the 3 days i have driven it recently , it has done it every time.
In 1st ,2nd , and 3rd gear at about 2000-3000 rpm the car starts sputtering and at 3000 it acts like its hitting fuel cut or im mashing the gas then letting off completely and itll keep doing this till i push the clutch in rev it and take off again. Also about 3 or 4 times i hit vtec in 2nd and when it hits 5200 rpm where i have vtec to engage the car just dies and check engine light comes on. Once the rpms drop till about 4500, the car will catch itself and go again.
And also this does not happen everytime. It randomly does it
Say i drive down the road 10 miles to walmart itll probably do it 4 times out of the 8 times i have to stop and go
