well if it's an b18a1 and you're in an ef, if you're running obd0 use TurboEdit, it's very easy to use and pretty self explanitory with a lot of things. if you want to tune it yourself the biggest and most important tool you'll need is a wide band o2 sensor, boost/vacume gauge, and a tach, to monitor everything then just make adjustments from there on your tuning
