Fuel pressure gauge and regulator ?'s

Ok this is the first one i've done, i've got a eg with a b16a2, just installed a b&m fuel pressure gauge at the filter, reads about 45psi while cranked and about 20 or so when its turned off, is this normal with the stock regulator? I'm about to install the b&m regulator so was wondering what kinda fuel pressure i should aim for with i/h/e. any help or advise would be appreciated.

Your best bet is to keep the fuel pressure stock even with your mods. 45 psi at idle sounds about right.

yeah thats what i'm hearing, but since i already got it i was thinkin of putting it on and keeping it about where its at
