fuel pump problems

Hey, How can I check the fuel pump on my 1989 crx dx. Its not running when the switch is on but I have no head lights either. Are the two problems related? where can I check for juice to the pump short of pulling out the tank? Also where is the head light relay. Thanks

your gonna have to pull the pump out and test it as for the headlights it could be a fuse or both bulbs are burned out
