Fuel pump question

I'm thinking about replacing the fuel pump on a '95 Sol Si. I have been offered a free Denso pump that is close to 200lph, not sure the exact numbers yet. The car is and will remain entirely stock. Since the stock pump flows 79lph, will this cause rich running or long term problems, or will it all get dumped back down the fpr? Thanks for your time.

if its free, take it.. you can always sell it if you dont use it

Would it cause any long term damage, or would I need to upgrade the fpr?

well, i'm running a Walbro 190 w/ my setup and i have an OEM FPR.. no problems here

you'll be fine, i didn't change out the regulator in my sol and i have a walbro 255lpm beast in the tank.
