I finally passed DEQ, but my car is idling really funny. It used to surge but that is gone and now it is idling really high. Sometimes as high as 2K - 3K. When I come to a light, I will hold the brake down and let the clutch out a little to keep the idle down so the person next to me doesn't think my car is going to blow up and then the idle will drop real low and then hold at about 1.5K and then I can let off the clutch. What is causing this ? I do know that I could never get my TPS voltage more than 3.5 volts !!! but what else ? could it be my iac valve ?
