gas tank question

Is that including the reserve tank? I filled mine up when i got it last Thursday and it took almost 13 gal. but the needle was on empty when I did that.
 
I know my 94 Accord LX had roughly a fifteen gallon tank before the fuel light would come on, so I don't know if the EX model is the same or not.
