Gauge cluster light bulb size question

So before I go and rip out the cluster on my EJ8 only to find out they are different ...

Are the cluster bulbs between a first gen '86 CRX, or EG, and a '99 Civic the same sizes and type? Or did they change at some point in between? A couple bulbs are burned out in my EX cluster, and the only bulbs I have are from EG, and 1st gen CRX clusters.

Alrighty then, because I am the second most impatient person on Earth, the answer is that the bulbs that are the same fit, but the EJ8 uses two of the large bulbs that the CRX use to light the speedo/tach, but the same small brown (medium), and black (small) bulbs that the EG/CRX clusters use.
