might want to check places like Honda FIT and Honda Jazz Forums or K swapped Fit Information - K20 to K24 (fitswap.com has been dead but still has good info you can search for)

Tranny swap shouldnt be too bad. Pedal assembly, pedal brackets, master cylinder and a clutch fluid tank (about 200-250 USD in parts) well plus the trans. (l series trans.. i dunno, 500-1000usd)

K's swap are definitely not for me anymore.
I think i should go for a tranny swap before i go for other things.

both sites are very useful even w/o doing a k swap. Both offer good information about fit's. There are a bunch of city/jazz owners on Index of / as well.
