Genuine Article?

I found a JDM B16A head on ebay yesterday and before i advise my friend to pick it up for his LS/VTEC project, I just wanted to see if there was any way of making sure it's really a JDM head and not a fraud. The way I see it, if it is the genuine article, then we've at least got a set of CTR cams for 400 bucks if the head turns out to be unusable in some way.
