I've set aside this weekend to get this shite accomplished with a friend who has done a swap in the past. I hope I have everything together.
    The list:
97 b20b complete motor and wiring harness with around 100,000 miles
    95 b18b intake manny
    ITR tranny
    ITR header
    2.5 inch carsound cat
    2.5 exhaust with veilside can
    act clutch/flywheel
    Engine and tranny mounts
    shift linkage LS teg
    95 LS ECU
    95 LS axles/intermediate shaft
    95 LS starter

It has been a long time coming. I have been driving around with this shitty ass d15 since 96' and it should feel like a whole new car. After this winter i will probably have the block sleeved, with forged internals and introduced to boost. I don't plan on adding VTEC, just wanna have a low compression torque monster that will drop trough and make the little punk in the stang my whore :worthy:

if you have a new clutch and flywheel, put that in already during the week. It is easier to switch if the motor is out of the car.(the way you state it, it sounds like it is in pieces, put as much together before you get it droped into the car.) what about axels? I know the D15 won't work.
