Good wheel cleaner?

I got some wheels the other day but they need a healthy cleaning. They came from Japan last week and i'll post pics later once they are on the 240, i have to get my 5 lug on first. anyways, they need cleaning and soap and water and a plastic brush only kind of worked. I don't want to use anything that will hurt the finish on them. any ideas?

something solvent and a pressure washer..

try using some 409, purple power (make sure you rinse really good), if you dont have of those use some dawn dish detergent. they should clean right up.
