I have a GIF i want to put as my avatar, but it says that it is too large. How can i size it down?

Try Imageready it installs with PS, and handles animations. I have used it to make GIFs before.

cool thanks, so another Question: Is that a good program to make GIFs out of videos? or what would i use for that?

I used it for one, it came out fine. You resize pics in PS, then import them to IR and add them to the little timeline thingy, and adjust as you like, save as GIF, upload to somewhere that can take them, and post address as avatar.

all avatars must be uploaded now.

i got tired of waiting for other slow ass sites, slowing down our board. i'd rather pay more bandwidth.

the problem is, IR wont save as a GIF. It wants to save it as a PSD file

There should be a GIF export function.

chekc that its really 20k.

K is rounded too much.

the server accepts 1953Bytes which = 20KB.

if its more than 1953, it won't work, even though its still 20.

or, its not a proper gif. if its wack, the board won't accept it as it being a gif.

alrigth thanks. sorry i seem computer illiterate to most of you but whatever.
