As the title states, i am now the owner of the 200sx i was looking at. No offense, but I haggled the dude down to 1300! He was asking 2000 too.

Gonna post some pics tomorrow afternoon once I get a new phone or tablet.

I'm putting the tires that are on it on my rims, and possibly selling the wheels it came with. I also have an extra 200sx turbo spoiler, s13 front hub assemblies, extra sunroof, and a few other little interior pieces.

I also have to go get a temp tag so I can drive it to Florida and get it registered and insured since I still have a active Florida license and insurance (non-owners liability and pip). While I'm down there I'm gonna visit my grandparents and see if I can find some good parts too.

So I got a road trip ahead of me

Oh, lemme know if it talks.

The talker is neat. It's an audio cassette in the rear driver's seat armrest. You can remove it and record your own shit, if you're careful.

    "Does eet play-a da cassettes?"

Yeah it won't fail to inform you that the key is in the ignition... lol

I'm gonna make it play Dave Chappelle saiyan "I'm rich Bitch!"

That would be cool... I'm also getting some stuff like the o2 sensor that needs to be replaced. I'm not going to drive this car all the way to Jacksonville immediately. I'm gonna see how it does for about a week, and then if I feel comfortable still by then, I'll ride out for a while.

thats the forum i was using for ref material and research. I actually registered yesterday a few hours before the dude called me back.

There was another guy who was supposed to come and buy the car, but the seller had already been waiting 24 hours for the guy. So he called me around 4:30 and said the guy never showed up and I swooped in and got it lol

My hometown is actually Charleston SC. I was born in Downtown Charleston. It's pretty cool though with all the history of the city. But, just my grandparents (dads side) live down there.

And hey man your mirage was awesome dude. I followed that thread since I registered back in 2008. The Veloster is pretty sweet though.

The 82 200SX was even better for the scolding.

When running low on fuel, I had a dot-matrix display that read "Low fuel", the voice came on "Low Fuel *bing* low fuel *bing*" The gauge read "E" and the light came on. The whole place lit the fuck up.

And I had an indicator that told me when the brakes lights were WORKING. not broken, but working. Everytime I hit the brakes, the light on the dash came on. Like a 60's Citroen. When the light didn't come on, the taillight was out.

I really loved that car. It's my number 2 dream car.

I made a new account so I could change my name lol this is c Victoria :)

I got the o2 sensor today and put about 70 miles on the 200 and it ran good the whole time. Didnt overheat but leaked a little coolant from a loose hose. I tightened it up and its good to go now. I'm making a thread for my 200sx in a little bit
