I know its kind of Idiot question but, I'm so curious. How can I make the difference by its appreance between these three types of Integra that came of from 94-01?

Well, a GS-R should have distinctive rims and a little "DOHC VTEC" badge on the back of it. The LS and GS are much harder to distinguish...they're essentially the same thing. More GSs have alloy rims then LSs though, so if it's got a sunroof and power locks, but it's also got hubcaps, then it's probably an LS...
