gsr axles

When I hit about 60mph in my civic the front end starts vibrating pretty bad. I'm thinking it's the axels, but I don't know. Is there a way I can tell for sure if I have bad axles? I put the car up and the let wheels spin around and they both look equally as good or bad...neither look completely straight. I do have a little play in my front left wheel too...maybe the bearing is going, but it doesn't make any noise.

If I do need to get new axles, are JDM and USDM gsr axles the same?

I'd check tire balance 1st...mud or snow in the rims can also be very noticeable at 60 as can play in a wheel
