Gsr brakes on 93 civic dx

hey, im trying to put my old gsr brakes on my civic dx but i dont know what i need. i read the article on swaping the rear to disc but it says that i should get parts from a del sol. do i have to? can i just use my integra stuff????

No, you can use parts from:

93-97 del Sol
94-01 Integra
92-95 Civic Si
94-95 Civic with ABS or optional rear discs
99-00 Civic Si

You can use pretty much any disc setup from a 5G/6G Civic or from a 3G Integra.

what about the proportioning valve? can i get one of of any of those cars?

the prop valve off any honda with 4 wheel disk brakes will work

Yes, they're all the same. You can use your stock one also, but the disc version is still better. I'm still using the stock prop valve on the Civic, although I might upgrade to an adjustable unit later.
