gsr engine

    hello ladyz..
    got my gsr motor for my civic finally but i dont want to rush into the swap..
    besides the fact this is my first swap i will be doing myself, i need some advice
    on what i could do to my motor for quicker takeoff (more torque) ..
    i would appricatee all good ideas you guys can throw me for my motor..

    Being your first swap do you have everything needed like engine mounts and the b series shift linkage

    Also what are your goals and budget for this motor will you be keeping it N/A or turbocharging/supercharging

    yes everything for the swap i already have. but
    in the long run i will be adding on a turbo kitt..
    im not a spoiled richh kidd so budget always an issue..
    just looking for some good ideas

    while you have the engine out put in a better clutch/pp/flywheel combo lighter flywheel will give you better response.

    other than that you'll have a nice ride and when you turbo it, you should be more than happy.
