yeah i'd say that this topic has

    1) been covered about 50,000 times on this website alone

    2) entirely too many steps for one person to write for you

summary: do a search, and do a little reading

To run a OBD II ECU in an OBD I car, there is only one reasonable way, and they is to get a conversion harness, or you can completely rewire the whole cabin, and engine bay harness.

I imagine so. Send where ever you decide to buy it from an email to make sure it's to run an OBD II ECU in a OBD I car, and not the other way around.
