gsr or b20 block???

i have a gsr block type r head lsd tranny. i am upgrading my hole valve train and cams and all that stuff. but i was wondering if a b20 block would give me more power but are they as tuff and are they a good block or should i just stay with my gsr??

i would just build the GSR block

unless you are going all out and doing a nasty (and expensive) all motor build then the little bit of extra displacement is not worth it. the gsr is a great motor to work with, i would also just stick with what youve already got. the only reason i have a built, sleeved, and boosted b20vtec setup, is because i already had the b20 to start with. but i can tell you it wasnt the cheapest way to go!
