gsr pistons & rods in ls

will gsr pistons and rods fit in my ls engine...thanx guys

you can only use gsr rods if you have a gsr crank but that is totally unnecessary. with an ls crank you have to use ls rods just get some arp rod bolts and you'll be good.

You can use the GSR pistons and rods- but your compression will be REALLY low.

the grs pistons will also not bolt right to the ls rods. but b16 or type r pistons will bolt right up.

if you use GSR rods and pistons with an ls crank(crunk)shaft you'll impact on the head.

ls rods are 137mm
gsr are 137.90mm

if you want to raise your compression keep your ls rods and put p30 (b16) pistons in you'll push about 11:1 compression then that'll make you happy.
