Um beat the hell out of the corvettes? that never happened, the 240Z was called a poor mans vette.

wonderful car that was cheap. it didnt have much power, but it handled very well and was all around balanced.

Think of an old style miata in coupe form.

The Skyline is aimed to kick ass and not be a "cheap sports car" like the 240Z.
I'm guessing after the first batch is picked up for 70-90K (mark ups) the rest of the Skylines should go for the 50-60K range.

thats just a guess.
