I'd like to know what a good starting point would be for adjustment. I should recieve a pair of AEM adjustable cam gears tomorrow. I'll probably put them on this weekend.

I have: Cold air intake, header and 2.5" catback, stock cams. I've never tried doing this before. Bolting this stuff up will be no problem. I am hoping a few of you have adjusted your H22's in the past, and can give me a good headstart on where they should be. So if you've done this to your H22, let me know where your gears are set at, and what your ignition timing is if you've changed that from stock.

Thanks. :)

When I had mine, I had the intake set at 4 degrees advanced, and the exhaust at 2 degrees retarded. After setting the ignition timing where it should be, the car felt pretty damn good. Never got it dyno'ed though.

Try that as a starting point and then mess with it a little.

Honestly you aren't going to be able to set them very accurately with the butt dyno. Get your car on a dyno and see.
