h22 cams and ecu

what is the best performance camshafts for my 93 prelude vtec...help me out...and if i get any cams do i need to upgrade the valves, valve retainers and valve springs...also what is the best ecu upgrade for my h22...

get skunk2 stage2 cams, their springs and retainers and sprockets. as for managment, vafc or hondata if you have someone who can tune the hondata.

You don't NEED to upgrade the rest of your valvetrain if you get the Skunk Stage 2's, but it's definitely recommended.

I wouldn't go with the Hondata unless you've got at least all the basic bolt-ons (I/H/E and cam gears).
