Will an h22 fit in a del sol.....Would it be alot of work>?

it will fit, are you doing the swap yourself?

yes, it will fit. you need to get a mount kit. HASport makes a good kit. you also need to cut/weld a new mount on to your chasis. you also need to cut a hole in your firewall for the shifter cables. the H22 tranny doesn't use shift linkages, it uses cables that run through the firewall instead of from underneath the car like a B-series.
depending on the mount kit you get you may have to remove your a/c and power steering.
your Del Sol engine bay is almost identical to that of an EG (92-95 Civic).
