h22/f22 swap belt info needed

My friend is sticking an H22 into his 91 accord. The h22 has a 6 groove cs pulley to go with the 6 groove a/c and alternator pulleys. His accord has a 5 groove pulley setup. Is he going to have to make the h22 auxillaries work in his install because of this groove issue?

which entails venting the a/c, getting custom a/c hoses made, maybe a custom p/s line made if I can't bend it a little...
