I have read in a similar thread about possibly bolting an h22 head on a f22 block, I have a 94 coupe accord and have just encountered head problems and have decided to upgrade. So is there anyone who has this swap/hybrid building info or could direct me to such info I would greatly appreciate it.

Ill be the first but not the last to say this:

    Search

This is covered a LOT on this forum. There is links to swapping H23 or H22 heads onto F series blocks.

this is a forum were we are supposed to help people. dont just tell someone to search. if you are not going to help then dont post.

Honda-Tech.com: Honda Prelude: New Frankenstein Engine = G23 (F23/H23 write up, Long, 56K beware)

there is a link to an f23/h22 head swap. they are very similar. look around and you will find more. that took me about 5 seconds with the search feature.

this swap is known as the g23 or in your case a g22:)

I hear ya man.. Im usually down to help, link etc...Like I said, it was in the accord section so much that week. If you clicked Accord forum and looked, there was plenty of info there.

But I see your point to :) Dont get me wrong

I appreciate the help as I am new to these forums and did not realize that the subject had been beat to death and was old hat. I did a search using the php search feature and came up with alot of crap and very little accurate technical data so I would appreciate a little slack on the "crusher of noob ambitions". I am not some random off the street dumbass here I am a honda tech at a dealership and have been for the last 15 years
As to the link you gave me Honda-Tech.com: Honda Prelude: F22b2 block+H22a1 head, F22 VTEC, F22B/VTEC very few if any of the pictures have survived this long and I am interested in doing this very thing. I would appreciate anyone who has any of these pics and info on this swap please PM me and we can exchange email info or cell numbers etc etc:feedback:
