h22 in a civic

Is swapping an h22 into a civic hatch really that bad for daily driving? How does it make it harder for a daily driver? (no power steering and ac?). And is the only reason B-series have handling on it, is because the h22 weighs more (and positioned differently?)? I was just wondering because im still debating whether to get the b18c1 while still considering the monsterous h22.
