h22 powered civic

i wanted to get a crx and swap the h22 into it...but considering theres not one in my price range ever im thinkin about goin to an 88-91 civic hatch. im wondering if both engine bays are the same in size and could i still use the mounts that place racing give for the h22-crx swap.

same shit, as in engine bay size, the hatch might have more but I doubt it.

they are both Very hard and very expensive swaps to do, it will make ur car handle like a SHITBOX if u dont overhaul ALL the suspension and bushings. and it will likely still not be as fast as u had hoped do to the fact its just to big for the ef chassis. try getting a b18c1, or even a CR/Vtec, but IMO the h22a is just to big and expensive to be anything short of stupid. it has 1 purpose in the ef, straight line drag car.
