H22 Questions

Hey all i have a 93 Accord with a jdm h22 hooked up to a stock 93 ex 5sp, whenever its cold(and less often when warm) the car stutters when i try an ease off the clutch, does anybody have any ideas why? Also, I have heard that if you baby your honda(basically RARELY take it into vtec unless your racing or what not) its a good idea to haul ass in vtec every once in awhile, is this true? any help is appreciated, thanks.

I hit VTEC every day, and my car hasn't complained once.

if it was such a bad thing to hit vtec honda wouldnt have put it on the car....
