ok. Someone told me that if i get the simple mods to free up most of the airflow (headers, cat, piping) that i would run the low 13's is that true?

I guess DESPAIN's sarcasm escaped you. The answer is NO, you will not run 13s in an H22 Accord with simple bolt-ons. In a Civic? Maybe. In an Accord? No. You'd be looking at more like low 15s, maybe high 14s if your engine was in pristine shape, and you dropped big bucks on a high quality header and did some tuning...

The first thing you need to do is start your own thread...

From what i found out and im not 100% sure you would have to have the ecu, harness, and motor. Im pretty sure the f22 tranny will work but you might want to get the h22 tranny for the better gear ratios. But other than that i think thats all you need i asked about it in one of my threads awhile back you can probably see it on there.

i ran 14.8 with intake and exhaust..

for the swap it is pretty straight forward. you will have to shave the driver side mount just a little bit to make it fit and the distributor will need to be rewired for internal coil (easy to do) there is a write up on it.

Probably in the reference section or in this forum somewhere. Try searching for it...
