h22 swapped integra

i was just wondering what kind of shocks and springs to use on a h22 integra. i heard progress tech were good, but im not sure.

My buddy has a 93 hatch with a H22, He has coil overs in the back and Full Stock Prelude Suspension on the front. It works great to balance out the motor to the car and it actually looks right
