h22a no spark on cyl 3

just got done with h22a motor swap started motor had a miss fire, checked for spark and found #3 cyl had very little spark and the rest of them have nice bright blue. please help

are the plugs, wires, and dizzy good?

i put new plugs and tested the wires and they are good not real sure on what you call a dizzy?

after some looking i found out dizzy is my distributor. no i have not change that , i used the one on the jdm motor.

i was told i must have a bad distributor. do i have to change it with a vtec dis or will any internal coil one work??
