I have a H22A and it idles at around 500rpms, from a cold start it doesn't usually act up but when it does act up it starts surging its between 4-500rpms to about 900. When i just give it gas while idling it sputters to about 1.3k rpms then its fine idling higher than that. When im driving and i push the clutch in the rpms drop to about 500 or a tad lower and then cuts off. Ideas?
