Any H22 will bolt up. The wiring will be the tricky part. For ease of installation, I'd stick with an earlier H22. If you want to install a newer motor than you'll need a conversion harness or some hella wiring skills.
No you'll have to buy an ECU conversion harness, or rewire it yourself (which I don't recommend for you), since your Accord is OBD0. The ECU will not just plug directly into your car since the plugs are not the same on the newer ECU.
