H23 bogging until 3 grand

i was wondering what would cause a h23 to bog out until about 3 grand....if i floor it its fine, but u can feel it bog if u dont floor it......thanks for the help...

spark plug wires, spark plugs, cap & rotor ( for the dizzy), fuel filter, that should do it. mine was bogging before too, i changed that and now it runs really good.
