H23 For 90' Accord

I have a 90 accord coupe with a H22A swap, but I just bought a 4dr 90 accord and I can get a H23, tranny, ecu, and all the other crap for $300. What Ive heard is the H23 has lower compresion so what I want to do is boost the motor but I've never done this drop is it basiclly the same as the H22A drop? I f any one one can tell me advice or problems that would be super!

Yeah, it's just about the same, except you don't have to worry about wiring for VTEC.

The H23 has a 9.5:1 comp ratio, as opposed to 10.2:1 for a USDM H22, and a 10.6:1 for a JDM H22.

Yep. OBD1 engine into an OBD0 car.

Do you know if it's the same mounting kit as the H22A?

There shouldn't be a "kit" needed, you should just be able to use either the F- or H-series stock mounts.
