how much would be the performance output on the motor be and would anyone know how much it would cost? and if it would need tuning how much that would cost? Would i also need a new ECU?
 
Not worth the money. It would cost more than an H22, and put out less power than a H23.

the swap CAn be done, its really simple actually.

ever hear of the JDM F22B DOHC? its pretty much an h23 head with an f22 block, I know because I have this engine.

go over to CB7Tuner.com - 4th Generation Accord Online Community or Accordingly Done and search for h23/f22 and you will find a few threads full of information.

and it should not cost over $500 to do the swap. NO machine work is required, at all.

looks like I'll be doing a write up on this soon since it looks like even the mods are misinformed about this.
