h23 head

yea i got a completly built h23 head that is built good!!! but i want VTEC... so i was wondering if the components will fit into a h22 head or if i get a h23 vtec head if it will switch over and still be a badass head while also being VTEC!!!!! let me know if any of you guys got experience with this............

a built h23 head will outflow a stock vtec head. why would you want to trade? just because vtec? it really isnt that great to tell you the truth.

and no, you cant convert a non vtec head to vtec.
