i have an h23a1 out of a 95 prelude and i need to know if my motor is blown. the pistons a scorched but not scorn or scratched. and the cylinder walls are burned badly as well. if i just clean and hone the walls and pistons will it be ok or will i need new pistons and shit.

POST SHIT BACK I NEED TO KNOW ASAP TO GET SOME CASH TO PUT STUFF IN THE MOTOR.!!!1

use a telescopeing guage and check the cylinder walls

nothing that can't be fixed. if it's still good it can be honed or if it's bad you can have it resleaved.

ok well i dont have a teloscoping gauge so what do i use if i dont.
