    turbo = yes.

    basically if you can find a rear wrecked eclipse turbo, grab the exhaust manifold, intercooler, turbo and injectors. you can switch those over to the h23 with little fuss (the holes for the exhaust manifold need to be opened up a little bit). After that get yourself a chipped p28 ecu, crome engine management, have a muffler shop fab you up some piping (with a BOV flange), and then all you have to do is buy a blow off valve, get your exhaust all tied up, and have your engine tuned. youll be ready to go...cant think of much more, but you should come in pretty far under 2k.

    yes tuning! don't forget about the wideband! or risk blowing up that H23. the H23A1 has 9.8:1 comp. so how much boost do you want to run? injector size?engine management?
