It does make you wonder why a strictly "scientific research" site would be funded primarily by the military and especially DARPA. We also house a large majority of missile interceptor sites, which Obama just approved a shit ton more funding for.

Really, most of the outlying Alaskan settlements are supported mainly because of the military's presence. If it weren't for the military, Alaska would be a bunch of Eskimos clubbing seals and building igloos. Alaska's a great place to execute military operations without anyone paying much attention.

They own HUGE portions of land and get their funding by selling off chunks. The common rumor is that they are the agency that has built all the concentration camps to house the "mentally ill" (dissenters against the emerging totalitarian state).

A few days ago, I was following a convoy of prison buses (probably 15 or so) with govt. license plates escorted by military police. They were coming from the highway that leads out of town, empty, and turned off into the local army base...

Is it possible for tornado winds to reach such high velocity that particles in the windstream create enough friction to start fires?

Haarp could potentially be used to create weather patterns leading to a high powered tornado, however tornado creation is probably pretty difficult... much harder than say, hurricane creation.

But seriously wouldn't put it past the Gov. I remember a friend telling me about how the news ran a story about some "prototype rail gun" they are testing. I looked my friend in the eye and said "so the fully operation rail gun they have been using for 5 years?".

So the dolphins got beached during a low tide and were sunburnt. Their skin can't be too great against UV, being underwater creatures. And a waterspout. Wow. These happen in florida all the time. My BS meter is going off like crazy.
 
Well i mean the video starts off by telling you that what you are about to see is the truth. must be the truth right?

50 dolphins beached in a low tide? Unlikely. Whales get beached because they are slow and stupid. Dolphins are nimble and pretty intelligent. I'm not saying it was because if HAARP...just that, it's unlikely that a bunch of dolphins unwittingly ran aground together in the same place at the same time.
