I feel like death today. Taking a vacation day was a good move. Any good hangover cures you guys use? I took some B12 before going out - didn't help.

Drink a lot of water, and gatorade. Pedialite is damn good for it too. Eat light meals, like a sandwich and such. Hangovers are from a loss of fluids and nutrients so that helps. Take a walk or something to get the blood flowing and metabolism up so it can work the stuff out.

go eat something super greasy... like a mushroom onion cheddar bacon burger

settles the stomach pretty good.


wash it down with a 'rade. It's got what hangovers crave. lol
