Have a couple options?

I have the option to get either the ctr complete swap or the b18c1 swap for a good deal from one of my buddies. I was thinking about stroking the ctr with a spoon kit and going with that set up. What would you guys do? Would you go with the grs or ctr and stroke it out to a 1.8L. I don't know I just like saying that I have a 1.6 and I can smoke a lot of people in my area with just some simple mods and either swap. I am pretty stumpted and could use some good advice since I am trying to get the swap done before the end of the month. <_<

i hate spoon and everything about their overpriced products.
in my opinion, stroker kits are a waste of money.
furthermore, once you stroke it, you are not a 1.6 anymore.

frankly, i'd go with the gsr if its a street car, and the ctr if you are going to be doing road course.

I would go with a B18c longblock with itr intake manny and a ITR tranny.


to answer your Q, I would go with the gsr motor.

the ITR intake manifold will not fit the GSR you need the Skunk2 intake manifold (its basicly a copy of the ITR manifold)
