OEM honda headgaskets are always the best for hondas. If you're trying to lower compression Cometic makes head gaskets for that. But if you're just looking for a head gasket that will seal tight, than look no further than your local honda dealer.

What if I want to raise my compression; does anyone make head gaskets for that?

if you want to raise compression get pistons, taking a layer out of the oe gasket will raise it by roughly .1-.2 compression points. Not worth it at all, I did it and my headgasket blew out after 20k, go figure and learn from others mistakes also.

well if u really looking to get more compression and like to try thinner gaskets and got the money

Spoon makes a 2 layer gasket for the Vtec blocks

and of course Mugen does too but it is one layer I believe for the Vtec blocks

Sorry us Ls/Vtec's need to custom our shit

these are the other companies beside
    Cometic

I would rather mill the head than run a thinner headgasket.

That way you don't have to worry about blowing it.

With milling you can easy add another .5 safely (by removing .03")
