Do I go arp head studs or do I try and find oem head bolts? So far I haven't been able to locate any oem's. Anyone know where to get them, or should I just go arp? Everyone will probably say don't reuse ur old head bolts...but is it really that risky? I've heard of others doing it and it has worked. are arp studs safer to reuse? this is for a jdm b16a.
Lots of questions, Thanks in advance for any answers!

If you're going to spend money on head retaining fasteners, go with the ARP studs hands down.

Some types of head bolts can be re-used and some cannot. I don't remember the reason or how to identify which is which. It has to do with metallurgy and hardness as I recall and how they stretch when torqued and the memory of the metal.

ARP studs are real nice quality. I have a set for my Hatchback engine that will go into the block next week when it comes back from the machine shop.
