head studs

hey so i got my d16z6 head for my mini me but i dont know what head studs and gaskets to use or if it even matters

my block is d15a8 and the head is d16z6

and also how do you tell what kind your ecu is???

ive got that its a usdm 5speed but i dont know what kind
it says
37820-p28-a00
so is it a p28 ecu???
