just wondering, ive nmever done this b4, whats involved with swapping the d17 non-vtec head to the d17 vtec head?
 
Read up on it first.... perhaps in the FAQ
I believe the swap is fairly a "bolt-on" affair and that you only neep to afterwards have the corresponding ECU set up in the car.... K-Pro is good for that... but don't quote me on this.
