just dont get worried and offer her 300 because you dont hear from her soon. if she really needs to get rid of it, she'll counter offer you with something like 500 and she'll give you some crap about how she paid $400 for the last repair, or how it's a family heirloom. if you up your offer without hearing from her first, she'll smell desperation. wait it out ^^
