Header and Exhaust Question in Swap

At the moment, I am having the SiR II engine swapped into my 95 Civic Ex Coupe Chassis. My questions are

1) Will the stock exhaust bolt up for the time being?

2) Will any B series Header Fit?

and

3) Will I need a specific diameter cat when i install the cat back + down pipe


sorry if this pisses off the search nazi's

i did search and i cant find anything really relating to my questions.

Yes.
I think so, but some are taller than others, and i guess that seems to be a problem.
As far as bolt pattern. i think so.
Yes, the size that bolts up to the downpipe
